Delivery Options

✈️ Cargo

The kitten travels in a special section for live animals — Live Animals Cargo Hold.
In this section, the temperature, ventilation, air pressure, and oxygen level are the same as in the passenger cabin.
This is a safe and official method of transportation, most often used for shipping kittens to the USA, Canada, and other long-distance destinations.
The kitten arrives at your airport, where you receive it at the cargo terminal.

👩‍✈️ With a courier (in-cabin courier)

The kitten flies together with an accompanying person in the aircraft cabin.
The courier personally hands the kitten to you at your airport.
This method is more often used for delivery to Europe but can also be arranged for other countries, although it is more expensive than cargo.

1. Subject of the Contract
The Seller undertakes to transfer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept, a pedigree kitten with the following details:
– Breed: British Shorthair
– Color: [Color]
– Sex: [Sex]
– Date of Birth: [Date]
– Identification: [Microchip / Mark / Pedigree]
– Purpose: [Pet / Breeding]

2. Price and Payment Terms
2.1. The total price of the kitten is [Amount] USD / EUR.
2.2. Upon signing this Contract, the Buyer pays a deposit in the amount of [Amount or Percentage].
2.3. The remaining balance must be paid by the Buyer no later than 10 (ten) calendar days before the date of transfer or shipping of the kitten.
2.4. Payment shall be made by bank transfer, in cash, or by another method agreed upon by the Parties.
2.5. The deposit is non-refundable. In case the Buyer refuses the purchase, the deposit shall not be returned, as it serves as compensation for the lost opportunity to sell the kitten to other interested buyers.

3. Terms of Transfer
3.1. The kitten shall be transferred to the Buyer not earlier than at the age of 16 (sixteen) weeks, fully vaccinated according to age and with a veterinary passport.
3.2. The vaccination program is completed at the age of 3 (three) months, and the quarantine period ends at the age of 4 (four) months (16 weeks). The Buyer must collect the kitten within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the end of quarantine. In case of delay, additional boarding costs shall be paid by the Buyer at the rate of 10 (ten) USD per day.

4. Seller’s Guarantees
4.1. The Seller guarantees that the kitten:
– is healthy at the time of transfer;
– is provided with veterinary documents and pedigree;
– does not have genetic diseases or defects (cryptorchidism, tail faults, etc.) in case of sale for breeding purposes.
4.2. The Seller does not guarantee the reproductive function of the animal (ability to mate and reproduce).

5. Right of Return
5.1. The kitten may be returned within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of transfer only upon presentation of an official veterinary certificate confirming illness.
5.2. All transportation costs related to the return shall be borne by the Buyer.
5.3. In case of force majeure (death or injury of the kitten before the transfer), the Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Buyer or offer a replacement.
5.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the sale without providing reasons, in which case the deposit or any paid sums shall be returned to the Buyer.

6. Additional Conditions
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to:
– not transfer the animal to third parties without the written consent of the Seller within the first year from the date of purchase;
– indicate the name of the cattery when publishing photos of the kitten on social networks, at shows, and other public events.
6.2. In case of violation of breeding conditions by the Buyer, the Seller shall have the right to terminate cooperation and annul the breeding documents of the animal.
